Welcome to Astrology With Priya (“AWP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this website, booking a consultation, or purchasing any services/materials, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website.


1. Acceptance of Terms:

• By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Legal & Regulatory Disclaimer:

• Astrology services are provided for personal insight and guidance only. Clients assume full responsibility for any actions or decisions taken following a consultation.

• AWP services do not replace professional advice from medical, legal, financial, or psychological experts.

3. Eligibility:

• Clients must be at least 18 years old to participate in consultations, courses, or classes.

• Individuals under 18 may join only with documented parental or guardian consent.

4. Session Booking & Payment

• All sessions must be booked in advance through our designated booking process (unless otherwise specified).

• Payment is accepted via approved methods and is required at the time of booking

• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
   

5. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• If cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, a non-refundable fee of $50 will apply.

• Missed sessions or late arrivals may be charged in full.

6. Refunds & Credits:

• All payments are non-refundable once services have been provided.

• Any exceptions, including partial credits, are made solely at the discretion of AWP.

7. Session Recording & Consent:

• Consultations: With prior consent, consultations may be recorded for the client’s personal reference only. Consultation content remains confidential and will not be shared unless disclosure is legally required.

• Classes: Group classes may be recorded for educational purposes and replays. By enrolling, participants consent that video, audio, or images from the class may also be used for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes. Personal details will
  remain confidential and sensitive information will not be disclosed without explicit permission.

8. Code of Conduct & Ethical Guidelines:

• Respect & Non-Judgment: All clients are treated with compassion and without bias.

• Confidentiality: Personal details and consultation content remain strictly confidential.

• Integrity in Guidance: Insights are offered with honesty, avoiding fear-based predictions or guarantees 
  and decision-making.

• Empowerment, Not Dependency: Consultations encourage personal responsibility

• Professional Boundaries: All sessions will remain respectful and ethical 

• No Professional Substitutes: Astrology is not a replacement for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

• Commitment to Growth: We uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ongoing learning.

9. Content & Intellectual Property: 

• All reports, horoscopes, course materials, class recordings, and website content are the intellectual property of AWP. These materials are for personal use of active students only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared digitally, or resold without prior written consent. Unauthorized forwarding of course links, downloadable files, or recordings is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability:

• AWP is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.

• By engaging our services, you agree to indemnify AWP against any claims resulting from your use of information provided.

11. Governing Law:

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

12. Updates:

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
